Collaborative Family Law

Collaborative Family Law is a collaborative law model where a team of professionals are working together as opposed to against each other in resolving family disputes during divorce and separation.

Collaborative law is a dispute resolution process where both parties during divorce and separation commit to resolving their family law disputes without going to court by working with a team of experienced family law lawyers, financial specialist, divorce coaches, and child specialists who also commit to resolving their family law disputes without going to court by working together as opposed to against each other. As an alternative to costly and time-consuming family law litigation, the Collaborative Family Law process builds on client participation and commitment of resolving family law disputes outside of the often expensive and time consuming legal court system.
