The lawyers in our team are qualified and trained in collaborative family law process. If your lawyer is a qualified and trained in collaborative family law lawyer, then maybe we can work with him or her. Otherwise, we prefer to work with the collaborative family law lawyers from our team who are qualified and trained in the collaborative process.

We suggest that you read the bios of our Collaborative Law Professionals (click link here). The basic team consists of one collaborative family law lawyer, one divorce coach, and one financial specialist. Please contact one of our collaborative family law lawyers who can assist you with your team selection.

Our Collaborative Law Professionals are independent professionals who work separate and independent from each other. We recommend that you do not contact initially the collaborative law professional in our team who is representing your ex, but feel free to contact the other collaborative family law professionals instead so he or she may assist you.

The counsellors and child therapists in our team are qualified and trained in collaborative family law process. If the counsellor you or your children are seeing is qualified and trained in collaborative family law, then maybe we can work with him or her. Otherwise, we prefer to work with counsellors as divorce coaches from our team of qualified collaborative family law professionals in the collaborative process. Depending on the situation, your children may or may not need to change counsellors, but it is generally helpful if their counsellors are members of our team of professionals in the collaborative family law process.
