Christopher Soll is a partner at Soll & Company. Christopher practices primarily in the areas of family law, family law mediation, criminal law and wills and estates.  He has argued cases at all levels of court in British Columbia.

Christopher received his Bachelor of Arts from the University College of the Cariboo (now Thompson Rivers University) and his Bachelor of Laws from the University of British Columbia.  He was called to the Bar of British Columbia in 2008. Christopher is accredited by the Law Society of BC to act as a Family Law Mediator. Christopher is a member of the Canadian Bar Association: Family Law and Criminal Law Sections, the Trial Lawyers Association of BC and the Kamloops Collaborative Family Law Association.

Litigation is expensive, time-consuming and hideously stressful. The results at trial can often feel frustratingly arbitrary. Too often, the pressures of family law litigation tear families apart. Outside of exceptional circumstances, Christopher firmly believes that all family law files can and should be resolved outside of court. Whether it’s in a formal collaborative process or informal cooperative negotiations, Christopher is committed to helping his clients resolve their issues outside of court in an easy and affordable manner wherever possible.
